How to drive posts that have frost heaved?

I have a horse fence using 4x6 treated posts set 42" in ground. 12" auger holes backfilled with pea stone and 6" dirt. 2 shovels pea stone at bottom of holes. Had real heavy frost penetration this winter due to late fall flooding. A stretch of 25 posts in the low pasture area have heaved 4" over winter. Additional drainage installed will prevent pasture flooding again.

How do I drive the posts down 4"? Cannot locate a hydraulic post driver rental or service in my area. Any suggestions would be greatly appreciated.
