i want to replace an existing fence which is to the left side and forms a boundry that sepeates my garden from next door. the existing fence affords us no privacy and is in poor repair.i want to replace it with a 6 foot fence but the

neigbour objects even htough she is moving in july. wgat are my rights to this regard?
