i needed the same thing. lowe's discontinued to carry on floor. i special ordered. price is $90 however, since they had the old price on their display panel, i got it for $59/panel. 2 week wait on order.

should we sue lowe’s? the fence has lifetime warranty, but any sizable extension is not possible any more.

the warranty is not through lowe's, it is through freedom vinyl fencing, the maker. the old brackets were made of plastic and during a windstorm i had several break and one panel went down. i contacted freedom, had to fax a copy of my original receipt and got a new panel and metal brackets shipped to me free. you can still get panels, just not through lowe's.
