Second Try Horse Fencing Equitte I have two horses on 18 fenced acres for four years now (I am a renter). The neighbors have about 5 acres and brought in two horses last year.

The horses share a common fence line that has always been maintained by my landlord. My horse has shown signs of cribbing. Should the neighbors install a second fence. Should the neighbors be responsible for vet maintenance ie. worming for their horses. Opinions on the cribbing.
